Of the Many Comic Book Posters the Marvel Posters are Really Appealing

We love how different posters look with their glossy covering and brightly colored pictures. While there are many different posters you can buy some of the best ones will feature fantasy, science fiction, and comic book characters. Of the many comic book posters the Marvel posters are really nice.

These Marvel posters show the various characters of the Marvel universe in many of their original costumes. There are some Marvel posters where the costumes will show the new looks or themes of certain costumes but you can still identify the character in the poster. These posters can be seen in glossy format, matt look and some of the posters will feature a cartoon type of look.

The various coverings of the posters don’t detract from their appeal however as sometimes you can feel the action that is happening on the Marvel posters as a result of this covering look. You will be able to buy posters of your favorite superheroes and villains in poses that are very reminiscent of the comic books where you may have seen them first.

The various Marvel posters have characters like Spiderman, the X-Men, Ghost Rider, the Annihilator and many other Marvel comic book characters. You will be able to find Marvel posters in different sizes. The smallest Marvel posters will probably be about 6 inches by 8 inches and the largest 20 inches by 55 inches.

These sizes will of course depend on the place where you will be buying your Marvel posters. In many cases you will be able to look for these various Marvel posters in toys stores in the sections where they have other posters for sale.

At other times you can try your neighborhood comic book store to see if they have any Marvel posters in stock. The other really good place to look for Marvel posters is from the various posters stores that can be found in some malls.

You also have the option of buying your Marvel posters from different sites on the internet. The prices may sometimes be little expensive you do have a wider selection choice with the internet buying option. You may want to look at all of the options – internet, toy stores, poster shops, and comic stores – that you have before you make any final choices.

This way you will have a chance to think carefully about the types of Marvel posters that you want to purchase. When you have made your choice of size, format look – matt, glossy or cartoon style – and Marvel characters all that is needed is for you to wait until you have your new Marvel posters back home and find a great place to showcase them.

We have read them, throughout the years and have followed them like a cult following and even now as they create more films with our favorite characters we can’t help but buy the DVD. Marvel comic books have been around for a long time and have entertained us as kids and still do for most people as adults too. Who can even forget the famous words of the Hulk “smash em” or “Hulk Smash” which usually where the only words he spoke and of course “my spider senses are tingling” which was what Peter Parker, who is basically Spiderman would say when he felt trouble was on the way.

Over the years the way the comics were changed and infact they can now be downloaded from internet or read online, which now takes comic books even further than they could get before, and they are now reaching people who had never heard of Daredevil or Electra nor read about them.

The Marvel Comic Books have through the years changed with different artist taking over the helm of drawing the character according to the original only with their design, making also the theme of the comic books change. The new ones have even changed the outfits with Wolverine’s tight yellow spandex suit being replaced with leather black and blue. The story has also changed with the times and the presidents that have come and gone as well as the disasters that have happened.

Even with all the changes that has gone on all over the world we still see fit too look for a comic store so as to see what is new in the life of Spidey, X men, Fantastic Four and many other characters that have been portrayed in the Marvel Comic Books.

Comic books are a firm staple of many people. With these comics people can follow the exploits of their favorite series without having to worry about missing any action. There are many different comic book types that are well known but many of us like getting comic book action from comics like Marvel comic books.

The various charters that are depicted in these comics are ones that many of us have grown up with. Just as we are familiar with Superman we know the adventures of Spiderman, the Hulk, and the Scarlet Witch. We also recognize their many villains like the Green Goblin, Magneto, Mr. Sinister and many other villains and superheroes.

Marvel comics are very well known and today some of these action comics have been transformed into full length movies like that of the X-Men Movies, Spiderman and even the DareDevil. These movies and the crowds of people who come to see them just reaffirm that Marvel comic books have a way of reaching into various aspects of our lives.

Since many people both young and old love reading the various adventures of their favorite action characters sometimes these Marvel comic books take their cartoon characters and change them slightly to reflect the various moods and feelings that are currently around.

The next time that you decide to buy some of your comic book choices and you see some Marvel comic books you may want to see if you can find ones from a few years ago as well as the more current ones.

You will probably be surprised to see that not only does the artwork of the comic books look different but the action series itself may have some interesting storylines and other new characters making their appearance. These changes are mainly due to the fact that even Marvel comic books need to keep up with the times.

For this reason you will see that these different comic books are constantly looking different but they generally try to follow the original story lines. Without seeing the various exploits of Marvel super heroes and heroines like the Scarlet Witch, Jean Grey from the X-Men and Spider Man you will probably feel let down.

As a result all of the Marvel Comic books feature their well known characters in the original storyline and sometimes they are in adventures in different series. This way you get double the pleasure. The next time that you are looking to buy some Marvel comic books you may want to choose the various old and new versions of these comic books. You will enjoy all of the action that is revealed before your eyes.

One of the great things about collecting comics is the other kinds of things we collect with it. I know I also have some comic book art for my collection, action figures around the house, DVD's and Blu Rays of my favorite comic book movies, and even some comic book clothing that I sport at events or my local comic shop. Action figures are a favorite of mine as they are a physical incarnation of that comic book hero or villain. When I was younger, I used action figures to tell my own stories of heroes and villains fighting each other in epic battles.

Marvel Comics is doing a nice little poll to have the fans choose who the next Marvel action figure will be. Up on the block are Norman Osborn/Green Goblin, Archangel, and Ms. Marvel. Head over to Marvel.com and vote for your favorite character to become the latest in a long line of Marvel Comic action figures. Me? I guess I'd have to vote for Norman Osborn. I love a good villain and I hope he has some sort of Green Goblin head swap out accessory. I love me my accessories.

i am looking to subscribe to one of the marvel comic books. i am a fan of batman and i collect batman comic books but ever since i started playing marvel ultimate alliance 2 i have become interested in marvel. i have been thinking about thor, spider man, captain america or new avengers but the thing is that i don't know much about marvel. what comic book would should i get? and will the new avengers cover all the super heroes i mentioned?

Marvel has taken on a pretty cool endeavor to help retailers know what Marvel titles to buy for their store fronts. For years, Marvel (and other publishers) would send out advance issues of their comic lines via UPS to comic shops all over the United States. Costly? You bet, but needed for retailers to gauge which comics they wanted as well as being a way to showcase to customers what comics were coming down the pipe.

Now, instead of getting a hard copy, retailers can access a new site that will allow them to preview the comics marvel produces online. For quite some time, comics have been moving to a digital format, with more and more of the process of creating a comic going electronic an this is just another aspect of that process. I know there will be those that say that reading it online is not the same as holding it in their hands, but it would seem that this is a win win for both retailers and Marvel. Marvel can save a lot of money by not sending out countless hard copies, some of which found their way onto auction sites, retailers can get an advance peek in a rather quick and painless fashion, there is less waste for the environment, I could keep going on.

I'm hoping to get a peek myself at the site, but you need a Diamond Distributors ID to get registered, so I'll just have to imagine it for now. Some publishers would have just cancelled sending previews to store fronts, so it was great to see Marvel take the step to put something else in place that serves not only retailers, but the bottom line as well.
